- Access SkyLab from a Chromebook

Steps:
Note: Chromebooks need the ability to install Android Apps from the Google Play Store in order to download the required app. Some Chromebook operating systems and models are not compatible. Chromebooks owned by businesses or schools cannot connect to SkyLab with this method.

Install Android apps on your Chromebook
1) If your Chromebook is supported, open the Play Store and search for and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
Click Open
2) Click Accept
3) Click on the + on the upper right corner. Choose Remote Resource Feed.
4) Enter redrobin2.emporia.edu as the Feed URL. Click Next.
5) From the dropdown in the User Name field click- Add user account.
6) Enter esuad\username (eusad\your ESU username) and then your ESU password and click SAVE.
7) You will then see the SkyLab(s) that you have access to. Double-click the SkyLab you want to connect to. It will take a few seconds to connect.
Click Allow if you would like to the app to access your files, ect.
8) Click CONNECT.
9) You are now in SkyLab.
10) To Pin the App in your tray, right-click on the Remote Desktop icon at the bottom of the tray then choose Pin. Click on this icon the next time you want to launch SkyLab.
