Getting started: If the screen is blank, press the blue start button. This will wake up the copier and the screen should come on.
Logging in:
Option 1 – Log in with ESU username and password Touch the screen and use keyboard on the left to enter your ESU username and password. Then tap Log in.

Option 2 –Use your ID Card. On the right side of the copier, you will tap your ID Card. When you successfully tap it, you will hear a beep.
You will only need to complete this step the first time you use your card- You will see a pop up that says Unknown card. Do you wish to associate this card with your user account? Choose Yes. You will then be prompted with- Enter username and password to associate your card with an existing account.
Place your document(s) Face Up on the feeder tray. OR Lift the tray and place the document Face Down on the glass.
Click Scan
Choose Scan to My email, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Click start on the screen.
1) Click finish on the screen
2) Press the start button
Press send on the screen.

Check your ESU email for the scan. If you are a student employee, the scan will go to your employee email account.

If you choose Scan to Email, you will receive an email with the file attached.

When send a scan to Google Drive or OneDrive for the first time you will receive an email titled ‘Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your Google Drive for Business’ or ‘Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your OneDrive.’ Follow the directions in the email to set this up. You will not receive any documents until you do this step.

You will be required to log in to your Google Drive or OneDrive.

You will receive an email with a link to the file. Your scans can be located in a folder named Apps in your Google Drive or OneDrive.
Log off. This is on the upper right of the screen by your username.
