IT System Availability Notice

Planned Maintenance and Service Interruptions

Emporia State University IT regularly performs system maintenance, partners with vendors on infrastructure upgrades, and conducts Disaster Recovery (DR) testing to ensure reliable and secure services.

🚨 During these scheduled windows, internet access across campus—including wired and wireless connections in academic buildings and residence halls—as well as access to several key systems, will be temporarily unavailable.

Please plan accordingly for any work or access needs that may be affected during this time.
