How To:
Uninstall and Reinstall the Hyland Unity Client

Steps:
1) Click the Windows button, then search for Add or Remove Programs.
2) Look for Hyland Unity client in the list of software.
3) click the ellipsis on the right, then click uninstall.
4) On the window that pops up, click Uninstall again.
5) Click OK.
6) Open the Edge web browser and navigate to www.hornet365.com.
NOTE: You must use Edge for this process.
7) Click the Employees tab, then click the OnBase icon.
8) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link that says 'Install the Onbase Unity Client'
9) Click Open.
10) You will get a window showing that the installation has started.
11) On the next window, click Install.
12) The software will install.
When it is finished, the Hyland Unity Client will launch automatically and you will be given a Duo prompt for the login.
