- This feature will allow users to run the following reports for vehicles:
What Do The Different Reports Do?:

The Reservations by Vehicle report allows you to select a category (bus, minivan, cargo van, etc.) and a specific vehicle from that category, to pull reservation information for that specific vehicle. The report will include driver, destination, reservation dates, odometer information, and if the reservation was a cancellation.

The Vehicle Requisition Forms by Date report allows you to search for all vehicle requisitions, searching by category and date. There is also a printer-friendly option to print these forms from the application.

The Maintenance All Vehicle Summary report will run a report for all maintenance reports. This report includes the category of the vehicle, the tag number of the vehicle, the last reservation date, odometer updates, information about repairs needed, destination information (that applies to the maintenance), and special requests.

The Reservations By Organization report will run a report for an organization/department with information about driver, destination, reservation information, odometer stats, and if the reservation was cancelled.

The Vehicle Repairs Needed report will run a report on vehicles that need repair. This report is different from the Maintenance All Vehicle Summary as it runs a list on what vehicles are currently flagged for “repairs needed.” Once the repair is completed, the repair is removed from this list but will still be tracked if documented appropriately from the Maintenance All Vehicle Summary (under the repairs needed part of that report).

Specify in the notes section which roles you need based on the roles chart illustrated above.
