  • Download and Use the KnowBe4 Learner App

Steps: 

1) Login to Knowbe4’s console and select Knowbe4 Learner App on the top tab.

2) To download the application, you can either go to the app store and search “KnowBe4 Learner App” or you can scan the barcode on the screen, and it will take you to the app store.

3) Once the App is installed on your mobile device you will then be able to open it and see the Login button. Once you click that login button it will ask you to allow camera access. This is necessary to scan the 2nd barcode on your KnowBe4 website. You must click okay if you want to set this up on your phone.

4) Scan the barcode on the website under “Link your Device” tab.

5) Once you have scanned the barcode, you should be taken to the training page. Here you are all set to view the training assigned to you as well as search the library for anything you’d like to view or play within KnowBe4’s platform.

6) Back on the website (not your mobile device), under the Knowbe4 Leaner App tab you should be able to see the device you have just set up.  I have set up multiple in this example.

7) If you would like to unlink your device you can select the Unlink Device and it will disappear. You can refresh the page to check.
