Setup your KnowBe4 Security Training Account Password

How To:

  • Setup your KnowBe4 Security Training Account Password

Applies To:

  • Faculty, Employees, & Student Employees

Steps:

1) Visit the KnowBe4 Security Training website at: https://training.knowbe4.com/ 


2) Enter your ESU work email and click Next.

Note- if you do not see the email, look in your Other inbox.

3) You will get the following message.

Thank you for signing up message, it directs you to your email


4) Check your email for Confirmation Instructions from do-not-reply@knowbe4.com. Click on the link in the email that says Activate my account.

Note- If you cannot locate the email and you have Focused Inbox turned on check the Other inbox.

5) You will now be brought to a page to set up your account. Enter your First and Last name. You will then enter and confirm a new password for your KnowBe4 security training account. Click  Log In, you will now be able to log in to access any required or optional training.

Note- This is a separate system and your new password will not sync or change your ESU password. This password will only work for the training account.
