- Use the Phish Alert Button in Outlook Client, Web, and Outlook App

Steps:
1) In Outlook, once you click on an email to read it on the top right-hand corner there will be an envelope with a hook on it. That is the Phish Alert Button to report Phishy emails.
2) Click on the Phish Alert Report button. It can be found your the Home tab in the Outlook Client. Once you click on an email to read it on the top right-hand corner there will be an envelope with a hook on it. That is the Phish Alert Button to report Phishy emails. If you are on a smaller screen, you might need to click the menu icon on the right side of the ribbon before you can see the Phish alert button.

In the Outlook phone app click the menu icon:
then click the Phish Alert button:
3) Once you click the Phish Alert Button the below message will show up on the right-hand side of the screen asking if you’re sure you want to report this email as phishing. Click Phish Alert to send the message to the security team for review.
4) Once the Phish Alert button is pressed the final part is that you will receive a pop up on your screen telling you thank you for reporting the phishy email. Click okay and you are right back to where you were in your email client.
