How To:

  • Renew Cognos Credentials

Applies To:

  • Faculty or Staff with Cognos Access. 
  • This is article is for individuals who already have access to Cognos and have logged in and recently had their ESU password expire and/or changed 

Steps:

 

1) Locate the Personal Menu and select Profile and settings

2) Under Profile then under Advanced options select Renew.
