Reset Password or Unlock Account from an ESU Windows Computer
Applies To:
- Faculty or Employees using an ESU owned Windows Computer
Steps:
Password Self-Service allows you to reset passwords and unlock accounts from an ESU Windows computer.
1) From your login screen click Reset Password / Unlock Account from either location on your PC.

OR

2) Choose if you want to Reset Password or Unlock Account

3) You will then be prompted to enter your username, enter a captcha (if prompted) and click Continue.

4) You will then enter the answers to your security questions. Enter the captcha and click Continue. (You may also use other verification methods that you have set up)

5) You will then be prompted to click to Unlock the account or Reset the password.
