Steps:
When the Duo screen comes up when logging in, click Text Message Passcode.
OR
When the Duo screen comes up when logging in, click Hardware token.
OR
When the Duo screen comes up when logging in, click Text Message Passcode.
When the Duo screen comes up when logging in, click Duo Mobile Passcode.
2) You will receive a code from the method you selected, and can enter that on the website to log in.
