- Fix a Microphone that does not Sound Clear on a Dell Computer

- Users with an ESU Dell computer
Steps:
Users on the other end may hear you soft then loud or report a static or ‘lawnmower’ sound in the background. If you have a Dell computer, try this trick to resolve it.
1) Go to the Control Panel (you can open the start menu and search ‘Control Panel’). Click ‘Sound’.
2) Click the Recording tab, then right-click on the Microphone and go to properties.
3) Click on the Advanced tab. Then be sure that 'Enable audio enhancements' is unchecked. Click apply and then ok.
Additionally if this issue is not resolved by checking this box or you are experiencing other other sound issues you an uninstall the device from Device manager and restart. Uninstalling the device then restarting will allow the device to be re-installed to the computer hopefully eliminating any issues with the sounds.
