Retiree Email Account

Description of Service:

• Employees (staff or faculty) may request a Google email account (@g.emporia.edu) upon retirement

NOTE: This form is NOT for Faculty granted Emeritus status through the provost office. With Emeritus status they get to keep their Outlook account (@emporia.edu)

Who can use it:

• Retired Faculty or Employee

How do I get it:

• Click Request Account button on the right
  • Note: Request should be made 30 days prior to retirement
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
