- Manage Junk Mail in Outlook

Steps:
1) To manage your junk mail folder in Outlook, search for the folder from the list in the left-hand column. Then click on the folder to see the email in the folder.
2) Highlight and right-click on the email wish to manage, and select Junk from the menu.
3) Then choose the option. You can either mark the email as ‘Not Junk’ or other options.
4) Click OK on the message.
