- Use Google Takeout to transfer information to another Gmail account

Steps:
1. Retrieving data from Google Takeout via OneDrive
1. Go to the Google Takeout link
2. Sign in with your ESU Google account (if you are not already signed in)
3. Select the data you would like to have saved, and click 'Next step'

4. Choose the type of transfer you would like. In this article we will be covering the 'Add to Drive' process, however other methods can be reviewed from Google's official documentation here- https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190?hl=en#zippy=%2Cadd-to-box (Step 2, delivery method.)

5. Select the frequency of exports. We recommend 'Export Once' as the data requirements for multiple exports can be strenuous.

6. Select the file type and size you would like for the data. We recommend Zip and 2GB file size.

7. Next hit 'Create Export'

8. Once it has finished, you will receive an email notifying you, which also contains a link to accessing the documents. Click the blue buttons provided

9. You will be brought to a screen that says 'There was a problem with the preview'. Click Download it will now appear inside of your downloads folder.

2. How to Upload Google Data to another Gmail account
1. Find the Google Takeout folder in your Downloads folder, right click, and select extract all. You will need to do this for each folder that Google Takeout created. This option will also show at the top of the File Explorer screen.

2. Navigate to the Google Drive of the account where you would like this data to live. Click 'New' in the top left.

3. Click Folder upload and open the takeout-######## folder, which should contain a folder named 'Takeout'. Click it, and then click Upload in the bottom right.

4. You will be prompted with verification that you want to upload the folder and its contents. If you would like to continue, hit Upload

5. You will see progress in the bottom right. Once that has completed, you will be able to access all the files formerly associated with your Gmail account.

3. How to use Google Takeout Transfer
1. You must be signed into your ESU Gmail account, or Google Takeout Transfer will not let you use the service. After being signed in, go to takeout.google.com/transfer
2. Enter the email address for the account that you would like the emails and Google Drive transferred to.

3. Check your email address for a code, and input in on this screen.

After clicking 'Get Confirmation Code' you will be brought to a screen like this -

4. It may have you sign in again, but after you should be brought to a "You're all set" screen.
