How to connect an AirHub to a teams and zoom meeting

Steps on how to get a zoom and teams links and use them to connect an AirHub to a meeting.

Before joining a call, make sure the device that is hosting the meeting is muted and speaker volume is off if it is in the same room!!

 

• Find the link to your meeting
  • For teams:
  • Open the team meeting invite and right click on “Join the meeting now” and select “Copy Hyperlink”

• For Zoom:
• Open the zoom meeting invite and copy the meeting link (Note: you will need the full link, personal links such as https://emporiastae.zoom.us/FirstnameLastname will not work).

• Open the Airtame App

• Select “Join Call” on the name of the conference room AirHub

• Select “Join with link”

• Paste your link

• Select “Join Call”
• Inside the meeting, have the host admit the room. It will appear as the room number. e.g. MU263, IT166.
