Set Duo Mobile to Autopush

How To:

  • Set the Duo App to Autopush

Applies To:

  • Staff, Faculty, and Students using the Duo Mobile App

Steps:

Note: Duo autopush is required to be able to log in and authenticate to the VPN. If you normally have to click 'Send me a Push', autopush is not selected.

1) Using an Incognito or private browsing window, log in to an ESU webpage that will require a login.

2) When you get to the Duo page, do not authenticate. Click Other Options.

3) Click Manage Devices.

4) Click Add Device.

5) Click Duo Mobile

6) Enter your phone number.

7) Confirm your phone number.

8) Download Duo Mobile on your device, then click Next.

9) Open the Duo Mobile app and Click Add, the click Scan QR code. Scan the code from the Duo Mobile website.
