- Use Self-Service Online to Unlock Your Account

Steps:
1) Go to account.emporia.edu. Click 'Account locked out?'.
2) Enter your ESU username, type in the Captcha, and click Continue.
3) Answer your security questions and click Continue.
4) Enter the Captcha on the screen and click Unlock Account.
