How To:
- Connect to Cisco AnyConnect (VPN) and Authenticate with Duo via a Hardware Token
Applies To:
- Employees, Student Employees, and Faculty
Steps:
1) Open Cisco AnyConnect and click Connect.
2) Put in your ESU username.
3) Press the red button on the hardware token to generate a numeric one-time passcode.
Then enter your ESU password followed by a comma and the one-time passcode. Then click OK.

4) Accept the terms and you will be connected to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
Note: If you do not have a token, please contact the IT Help Desk. Tokens are assigned to an individual, so you will not be able to borrow one from someone else.
