How To:
- Change a Forgotten Password Using Self-Service

- Employees, Faculty, & Students
Steps:
1) In a web browser go to account.emporia.edu. Click 'Forgot your password?'.
2) Type in your Username, enter the Captcha, and click Continue.
3) Enter the answers to your security questions and click Continue.
4) Type in and confirm a new password, making sure you are meeting the requirements. Then type in the Captcha and click Reset Password. As you type, a green/red strength meter that shows if your password is meeting the requirements. You will see a green checkmark next to each requirement that is met.
