Check your voicemail from off-campus

Steps:

If your voicemail is configured to send your voicemail messages to email, you can listen to them from Outlook on your cell phone, or from Office 365 web mail on your home computer.

If your voicemail is configured to remain on the voicemail system and you normally check it from your phone, these are the steps to check it remotely.

1. Dial your own campus phone number, and wait until your voicemail greeting starts.
2. Press *
3. At the "Enter your Mailbox number" prompt, enter your 4-digit extension, then press #
4. At the "Enter your PIN" prompt, enter your voicemail PIN number, then press #
5. Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemail messages

If you have forgotten your voicemail PIN number, you can submit a request to the Helpdesk to have it reset, or if you are on campus or connected via Skylab or the VPN, you can follow the instructions in the Knowledgebase article Voice Mail Self-Service PIN Reset  to reset your own PIN number.
