Installing a Network Printer on Windows

1) Open Control Panel using the windows search bar at the bottom left corner of the screen. 

2) Click on “View Devices and Printers

3) Click on “Add a printer” 

4) Click on: “The printer that I want isn’t listed” 

5) Click on “Find a printer in the directory…” 

6) Type the name of the printer in the name box. (The name is located on top of the printer that is networked) then double click on the printer you would like to add in the bottom of the find printers box. 

7) Print a test page after installing the printer.  

8) Right-click the printer and set as default printer as needed.
